Role Details
We are seeking a International Partnerships Officer to efficiently and effectively provide prompt assistance to inbound and outbound study abroad students.
Within this role you’ll work closely to support students and assist with application procedures as well as coordinate Welcome Weeks. There will be a considerable amount of contact with students and internal staff to ensure that all outbound promotional materials are prepared in advance and all applications are received in a timely manner. You will also attend study abroad fairs, process enquiries and implement conversion activities.
You should have experience of Mobility Grant Schemes and of working in an International Office within Higher Education, with the ability to use student record systems (preferably SITS). You should also have strong customer service and communication skills, able to build effective relationships with students and staff from different cultures and backgrounds.
