About Munday + Cramer
Munday + Cramer is a medium-sized practice with nearly 20 years’ experience in delivering a range of professional services within the built environment. They have a client base of 145 public/private organisations. Their core sectors are education, commercial, residential and healthcare. Their services include conceptual architectural design, procurement and project management, through to day-to-day facilities and property management and beyond. They specialise in education estate management supporting local authorities and multi-academy schools. They support clients on funding bids and managing their budgets and estates.
About the role
You’ll develop your project management skills and an in-depth understanding of energy efficiency, determining carbon footprint calculations, programming and APIs, and data dashboards. You’ll develop your people and change management knowledge and skills. You’ll use business intelligence tools and databases. You’ll manage prototyping, testing and validation in integrating the data dashboard into the existing platform. You’ll lead on identification, prioritisation and delivery of training and support Munday + Cramer’s Digital Marketing Apprentice in identifying, reviewing and prioritising licensing opportunities of the new developed tool. You’ll regularly be required to engage with Munday + Cramer clients.
Munday + Cramer see the Associate potentially becoming one of their senior leaders.
Although you’ll be employed by ARU, you’ll be primarily based at Munday + Cramer’s offices in South Woodham Ferrers, Chelmsford.
