Are you an innovative thinker, with experience of making the most of the systems and solutions available? We're searching for someone with these skills to join our team. You'll have the opportunity to play a crucial role in putting in place solutions that help us achieve our strategic goals and inspire best practices across our services.
You’ll be advising and collaborating with colleagues on the use of our systems to support the prospective student journey, from the first point of enquiry to the start of their studies. This role is central to delivering the functional aspects of our systems with colleagues, supporting training and development where required. You should be target-led and insight-driven, with the skills to focus on initiatives that support the future development of our approach to student recruitment communications and customer engagement.
We’re seeking someone with a great attention to detail who can handle complex processes, like segmentation and targeted mass communications. Effective communication skills are a must as you’ll be engaging with a wide range of stakeholders.
We provide a supportive and collaborative workplace and are committed to exploring flexible working opportunities which benefit the individual and the University. Within the Student Recruitment, Marketing and Admissions team our approach is hybrid, with a mix of time on campus and working from home.
