This role is an exciting opportunity to help us shape, develop and implement teaching and learning operational support across the University. You will be responsible for the ongoing review, refinement and management of quality programme administration.

You will lead Programme Administration teams in the provision of comprehensive end-to-end administrative and teaching and learning support to students and teaching staff within an assigned programme portfolio, ensuring a high quality student experience. Working with Heads of Support Centres, other Programme Managers, Student Advice and Support Managers and other key stakeholders, you will develop, implement and maintain the consistent and integrated delivery of the Support Centre’s programmes.

  • Experience of organisation and planning including determining priorities, setting targets and monitoring performance
  • The ability to embrace and enable change with experience of managing staff through periods of change
  • A demonstrable track record of process redesign skills
  • The ability to solve problems with excellent analytical skills
  • A strong focus on attention to detail and high quality output 
  • Experience of line management in a team context and the ability to motivate and lead a team
