We are now looking for a Library Assistant to join us on a part time, permanent basis, working 14.5 hours per week.

THE ROLE

To provide an excellent standard of service to all our customers, encouraging them to explore and make use of our services, supporting them in achieving their full potential and supporting the University in achieving strategic objectives.

ABOUT YOU

To be considered for this role, you will need:

• Experience in delivering excellent customer service in a busy environment.
• Experience of dealing with enquiries using different channels, e.g., phone, email, live chat.
• Evidence of effective team working / working with others.
• IT Literacy, a good knowledge of using core IT systems.
