ICT Lecturer

We are looking to recruit an engaging and committed individual to work with our students. This is a permanent role and will involve teaching on the ICT BTEC Level 1, 2, 3 and HE courses covering units such as:

• Programming,

• Hardware,

• Networking,

• Cyber-security and software

• Website Development

The successful candidate for this role will be qualified to teach up to Level 3 within ICT and it would be an advantage if you are Microsoft certified.

We are committed to the success of our students and aim to provide the best possible learning environment and student experience. The successful candidate for this role will have a flexible and solutions focussed approach and a can-do attitude.

You must either hold a minimum of Level 3 subject specialist qualification or higher, and / or have 3 years relevant industry experience in the subject specialism.

• extensive knowledge of own subject area (in addition to teaching ability) effective verbal and written communication skills

• proficiency with software needed in role

• Experience of working with people in a learning environment

• Experience in working within the Computing industry
