Do you have experience working in a financial environment, with brilliant customer service skills? Are you excellent with organising your own workload and enjoy working as part of a team?
If so, this part time role as Student Accounts Controller may be ideal.
You will work as part of the Student Accounts team to control the collection of tuition fees due from students and sponsors to aid the cash flows of the University, authorising payment plans, when needed.
You will help control the allocation of loan payments, student loyalty discounts and staff fee remission applications, discussing this with students and ensuring balances are correct/refunds are issued in a timely manner.
This is a fast-paced role, and will require a well organised individual who knows how to prioritise their work to meet strict deadlines, especially during peak periods.
