Following an extensive strategic review of our mental health and wellbeing provision for students across the Collegiate University, a Mental Health Change Programme is to manage the implementation of the review's recommendations.

We are seeking a Project Associate to join this team and transformation project. This exciting role will require the application of a wide range of skills to lead and support workstreams of varying scale and complexity; from conception and set up right through to delivery and evaluation.

Implementing the Review will be transformative to student mental health and wellbeing services across the institution, affecting change at micro and macro level. This role will support delivery of the data transformation aspects of the change programme, improving the use of data, systems and evidence across the Collegiate University.

The role's responsibilities will therefore include the configuration and implementation of a recently-procured shared case management system across multiple different services within the University and the Colleges ¿ representing a core part of the programme's strategy to ensure appropriate and coordinated support for all students.  The role holder will ensure oversight is applied to deliver workstreams successfully to time and on budget.

The ideal candidate will be educated to at least degree level, and have excellent organisational, problem solving and project management skills. Communication and interpersonal skills will be paramount and the post holders must have a flexible and pragmatic approach to deliver a complex programme of change.

This position offers an exciting and challenging opportunity to join a newly-formed and ambitious department as we embark on delivering a strategic transformation programme that aims to make a real and tangible difference to students' lives.

This is a time-limited post (fixed term contract ending 30 September 2026) to coincide with implementation of the data transformation workstream.
