Salary
In the region of £40,000 per annum.

The role
Within the Governance Team of the IT Service, you will serve as the Change Management process expert, using ITIL best practices to provide essential guidance on technical change requests. Your primary goal will be to minimise organisational impact and risk. With strong collaboration and influencing skills, you will support technical teams to engage with the process effectively. Your role will also support continuous improvement initiatives, offering both critical feedback and positive reinforcement to enhance quality and efficiency.

As secretary to the Change Advisory Board (CAB), you will adopt an incident avoidance mindset; actively participating in discussions around the impact of proposed major changes and identifying strategies to mitigate associated risks. You will leverage resources such as the IT change schedule and will ensure seamless operations and proactively address conflicts that may arise.

Additionally, you will provide assistance to team colleagues on IT governance matters, including policy, risk and planning.
