About the Bodleian
The Bodleian Libraries at the University of Oxford is the largest university library system in the United Kingdom. It includes the principal University library - the Bodleian Library - which has been a legal deposit library for 400 years; as well as 27 libraries across Oxford. Together, the Libraries hold more than 13million printed items. Collections Management at the Bodleian is a department of over 110 staff responsible for the acquisition, management, and discovery of the Bodleian’s modern collections.
About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for candidates looking to play a leading role in delivering transformational change. The Head of Collections Operations Transformation will be responsible for turning the Collections Management function into a centre of excellence, creating a strategy for the effective delivery of operational services; and implementing the resulting programme of business change.
This is a full time, fixed term post for 2 years.
