Teesside University subsidiary company, TU Enterprise & Innovation Ltd, has launched an on-site franchise branch of Unitemps recruitment agency for students and graduates. The role

Together with the Student Futures team, this role will lead the Unitemps agency to deliver an inspiring, agile, and enterprising service to meet the needs of both students and employers. Supported by the Unitemps franchise network, the post holder will support the branch manager to grow and develop this successful business, providing temporary staffing solutions to internal university departments and externally with commercial clients in Teesside and Tees Valley working to a creative approach which will articulate how the university can fill graduate skills shortages across the Region and beyond to meet the changing labour market demands.

You will support the growth of this organisation by leading the recruitment of students and applicants to the branch as well as provide links to external businesses and internal departments to fill vacancy requirements. As part of the role you will help expand operations and raise awareness of Unitemps as a brand. You will deliver effective recruitment solutions aligned to the individual needs of students and achieve targets.
