It is anticipated that a hybrid working pattern can be adopted for this role, where the successful candidate can work from home and the office. However, as this role is contractually aligned to our Milton Keynes office, some in-person attendance is expected (currently the expectation is attendance in the office of one day per month with the possibility of other ad hoc attendance at the Milton Keynes campus, as required).

The role
As one of the Student Casework Managers, the post holder will be responsible for reviewing and investigating final stage complaints and appeals and dealing with cases that go to the Office of the Independent Adjudicator (OIA) or to court. Casework Managers also undertake duties related to disciplinary proceedings, acting in the capacity of Secretary of the Central Disciplinary Committee (CDC). The role holder will be required provide support in the management of ad hoc projects and as working secretary for the Student Fraud Group.
