What we’re looking for

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, customer-focussed individual to join us as Head of University Recruitment & Conversion.

This role will lead the development, planning and delivery of our students' end-to-end recruitment and conversion experience to place at NCUK universities.

What will you do?

You will be accountable for all conversion KPIs across our prospective university applicants' journey, leading the university recruitment and conversion strategy and taking responsibility for planning, developing, and managing a portfolio of activities aimed at measurably increasing conversion rates and stakeholder satisfaction at all stages of the university placement journey. They will collaborate to integrate this delivery across the other University Partnerships and Placement, and wider NCUK departments. 

What do you need?

To thrive in this role, the ideal candidate will be a strong student recruitment expert from the higher education or pathways sector, be passionate about customer experience and lifecycle management, with professional expertise in multi/omnichannel student acquisition, customer nurture programmes, events management (online and in-country) and B2B account management.

  1. First stage will be a competency-based interview via MS Teams, currently planned to take place week commencing 20 May (exact dates TBC)
  2. If successful at first stage, you will then be invited to an informal follow up the following week (dates TBC). If based in Manchester, this will be face to face at our Manchester office
