Duties and responsibilities
As Admissions Administrator you will be joining a small team responsible for the organisation of the selection processes for undergraduate medical biosciences and medicine within the Faculty of Medicine. This includes overseeing the planning and delivery of all operational aspects of the selection process. You will also provide administrative support to ensure the smooth delivery of the admission cycle from application review, intake reporting and implementing our marketing campaigns and recruitment events (Open Day). Your main duties will be administrating the 6-year Undergraduate Medicine Admissions programme.
Essential requirements
You must be educated to degree level or equivalent, and have a high level of computer literacy, including confidence in using Excel, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. We welcome applicants who have experience of working in higher education admissions but equivalent experience will be favourably reviewed.
This post is fixed term until August 2025. You would be primarily based at the South Kensington campus in Southwest London, but with potential travel to other campuses to suit business needs.
