The Minster Centre is seeking a highly motivated and professional individual to fulfil the role of Programme & Data Administrator. This is a key student focused role within the registry with a varied workload. It has a core responsibility for managing data with a high level of accuracy, preparing, and submitting student-related statutory returns to the Higher Education Statistics Agency (HESA) and administering progression for student records and assessment boards.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Higher Education administration, will be organised, have excellent IT skills (proficiency in Excel is essential), and the ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure. They will be able to work autonomously on various tasks and build good working relationships with internal and external colleagues. This is a great opportunity for someone with relevant transferable skills to develop those skills further and contribute to the success of the Minster Centre.
Hours: 24.5 hours per week (hybrid working role).

Our courses are accredited by UKCP, BACP, and are validated by Middlesex University. The Minster Centre also provides a psychotherapy and counselling service to the local community and has several multi-purpose spaces that are hired out for therapy, training, and events.
