The role
The Network Manager position is pivotal in ensuring the smooth functioning of Newcastle University's computer network. Reporting to the Head of Infrastructure, the successful candidate will manage a team of network engineers, overseeing day-today operations of the network. We're at the beginning of a multimillion-pound investment to replace our wired and wireless network infrastructure across all sites. This role will be instrumental in support and transition into the operation of a new ‘state of the art' network. You will ensure support requirements are met and people, processes and procedures are in place to ensure continued operation of the University network.
