The Opportunity
This role presents an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people. You will design and deliver engaging, inclusive, and impactful sessions and campaigns that inspire post-16 students—including those on study programmes and 16–18-year-old apprentices—to make informed, safe, and healthy life choices. Through creative and meaningful learning experiences, you will help students build the knowledge, skills, and behaviours they need to thrive personally, socially, and professionally. This is a chance to empower the next generation to develop confidence, resilience, and self-awareness, ensuring they are well-prepared for the opportunities and challenges of modern life.

About You
You are a passionate and motivated individual with experience in delivering personal development, PSHE, or wellbeing-related content to young people, including apprentices. You have a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing 16–18-year-olds today—such as digital safety, relationships, and mental health—and are committed to supporting them in making positive life choices. Ideally, you hold a relevant qualification in youth work, health education, or teaching and have experience working within a post-16 or further education environment. Your knowledge of the Ofsted Education Inspection Framework, particularly around Participation and Development, enables you to design and deliver high-quality, impactful learning experiences.
