The post of Health, Safety and Wellbeing Administrator provides an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a busy Human Resources Department in a varied and interesting role.
The newly created role is responsible for providing an effective administrative support service, primarily for the Health, Safety and Wellbeing function, but also for the wider HR team as required. As such, the post holder will have the opportunity to develop their experience and skills in a professional higher education environment and make a real contribution to the overall delivering of an effective service to the University.
You will have demonstratable and recent work experience of working in a busy customer-focused Health and Safety and/or Human Resources Department, and will possess 5 GCSE’s or equivalent, including Maths and English and a Level 5 qualification in a relevant area. In addition to this, you will have administrative support experience, be competent in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email), web-based database systems and have an understanding of the General Data Protection Regulations and confidentiality issues. You will also be an excellent communicator, with the ability to prioritise and time manage using your own initiative and working to a high standard of accuracy and confidentiality in a busy environment.
