About the Role
The post holder will provide assistance and support to the PA to the Unit Director, as well as, when required, to the Unit Director and the Principal Investigators (PIs) within the Translational Immune Discovery Unit, based at the Weatherall Institute of Molecular Medicine, John Radcliffe Hospital.
Duties will be wide-ranging and varied. The post holder must have a professional outlook, excellent written and verbal communication skills and have good attention to detail.
The role is part-time (18.25 hours per week) and is fixed term for 12 months, in the first instance.
About You
You should have experience in an office administration position, preferably in a University setting.
You should have demonstrable experience of managing office administration procedures and working independently with minimal supervision.
You should also be highly organised, have excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage a varied workload.
