People Partner (Engagement, Experience & Development)

The Courtauld Institute of Art is the UK’s leading institution for teaching and research into the History of Art and the conservation of paintings, and is also home to one of the finest small art museums in the world. The Courtauld is currently undergoing a capital transformation project that will make The Courtauld’s world-class artworks, research and teaching accessible to more people – in the UK and internationally.

As a People Partner, specialising in Engagement, Experience, and Development, you will be at the forefront of shaping our employee journey. You will lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, create meaningful experiences, and drive professional development across the community.

Partnering with all managers across the community to support the execution of our strategy for how we induct, engage and develop people through an exciting period of change and beyond. You’ll play an essential role advancing a more diverse, accessible, equitable, and inclusive Courtauld through our inclusive practices.

• Proven experience in employee engagement, experience, and development.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and influence.
• Creative and forward-thinking approach to enhancing the employee journey.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
• Passionate about fostering a culture of inclusion, growth, and collaboration.
