The School
Paramedic Science is located within the School of Science, Technology & Health, alongside other provision in Health, Sport and Computing. The school offers apprenticeships; undergraduate and postgraduate degrees (both research and taught), as well as a developing CPD Advanced Practice offer and ambitious expansion plans supported by significant investment in a recently opened clinical simulation suite.
The role
We are seeking two individuals who are passionate about Paramedic Science to join the School of Science, Technology & Health to work with our students, partners and stakeholders across the MSc and BSc Paramedic Science programmes.
The successful candidates will join the existing team to deliver course material on the BSc and MSc programmes. The successful candidates will be supported by a skilled and enthusiastic team at the university to develop teaching and learning and research skills and knowledge within Paramedic Science.
Key requirements
The successful candidates should hold current registration with the HCPC as a Registered Paramedic. Experience of teaching within a Higher Education Institution is desirable, though not essential, and your application should detail your areas of clinical/teaching experience and expertise. Additionally, the successful candidates will share our values of fairness, sustainability and inspiring others to succeed.
