We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic and highly organised Student Recruitment Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic Marketing & Communications team. This role will support the planning and delivery of our student recruitment marketing, to raise brand awareness and drive applications and enrolment across our portfolio of undergraduate, postgraduate and research courses in Music, Drama and Production Arts.
You will support the implementation of our marketing plans for higher education across all channels, including creating a wide variety of email communications for potential applicants, and working with Guildhall students, staff and alumni to develop engaging written and video content. You will also represent Guildhall School across a wide breadth of internal and external events, inspiring students to pursue creative study.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a marketing, communications or student recruitment role within higher education, arts or similar sectors. You will have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills and communicate effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders, and be confident working independently and handling competing deadlines.
Occasional travel to other parts of the UK for events will be required, as well as some occasional evening and weekend work for which time in lieu will be given.
An Enhanced DBS check is required.
