About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the NIHR DeNPRU-QM (Dementia and Neurodegeneration Policy Research Unit), based at QMUL. DeNPRU-QM is funded to generate the evidence policymakers need to develop and deliver effective and equitable health and social care in England that will make it the best place in the world for those with dementia or a neurodegenerative disease to receive care and support, wherever they live and whatever their background. You will work in the central team based at QMUL, and with national partners.
About You
You should be enthusiastically committed to conducting research that makes an impact. A team player, you will work with academics in dementia and neurodegenerative conditions, which may include MS or Parkinson’s Disease to design and carry out portfolio studies, and support rapid-responses to requests for evidence. You will work across a range of projects utilising quantitative and qualitative methods. Depending on the skills of the appointee this may include health economics. You will have experience in studies using mixed methods. We will provide you with strong and enthusiastic support to develop your career.
