Campus Operations Manager

Regent College London (RCL) is seeking to appoint a dedicated and experienced Campus Operations Manager to join our Student Experience and Operations Department. RCL operates across multiple campuses in London, including Holborn, Fitzrovia, Kingsbury, Southall, and Wembley. The role will be primarily based at one of these locations, to be agreed in consultation with the successful candidate based on their preferences and commute. Occasional travel to other campuses may be required.

We are currently looking to expand our operational leadership capacity across our sites and welcome applications from individuals with a strong background in campus operations, student services, and academic delivery. This pivotal role supports the effective delivery of campus operations and student services, helping to ensure a high quality academic and professional environment for our diverse student and staff community. The successful candidate will provide on site leadership, acting as a key liaison between academic teams and professional services. Responsibilities include the coordination of operational processes, supporting the smooth delivery of academic services, and responding effectively to the needs of students and staff.
