This new role provides opportunity for a talented leader to be at the heart of our performance programme that provides outstanding support for 20 student teams and around 50 talented student athletes within a wider sports club membership of around 5,000 students.
We’re proud of our facilities but it’s the activity that takes place within them that see us remain on track to maintain a strong position within the BUCS rankings, with our performance programme underpinning recent progress and continued success.
About You
Alongside this we are looking for exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask and work under pressure, a passion and broad knowledge of sport and an individual who is a team player and highly motivated to achieve our vision.
In addition, you'll need to be adaptable and have a flexible approach to work, including availability to work evenings and weekends.
