The Role

The Dean of School will take the lead on delivering strategic and operational outcomes for the School, ensuring alignment to and delivery of BCU 2030 and the achievement of key metrics relating to learning and teaching, student experience, and research and innovation amongst others. 

With a focus on transforming the culture and capability of the School, the Dean will embed the principles of high-performance, accountability, inclusion and continuous improvement in the School to deliver a world-class experience for all stakeholders. The Dean will lead a team of Heads of Department and a Director of School Operations to ensure the School is positioned to develop all disciplines within the academic portfolio, whilst also contributing to or spearheading University-wide strategic initiatives.
