Education Applications is looking for someone to join our quality focused team whose mission is to build frictionless education services. You will work closely with academics and students to design and develop software which enhances the learning experience. Use your professional skills using C#, JavaScript, continuous integration and automated deployment and get experience and training with industry standard tools such as Blackboard, Panopto and QuestionMark OnDemand. We have a supportive group that will support you in the role, and you will mentor and guide 2-4 software engineers within your sub-team.

About the Department
iSolutions provides all aspects of ICT support for University activities. Whether custom tools for teaching, off-the-shelf research applications, desktop builds, networking and infrastructure we do the lot. Currently, the Education Applications team is largely remote, with a base at the primary Highfield campus in Southampton. You can choose to come to the office daily or on our anchor days. Highfield is the heart of the University with Student Union and University cafes and shops. The University has its own bus service the nearest train station is one mile from Highfield.
