Head of Academic Support

Location: London – on site 2-3 days a week

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Regent College London is looking for a Head of Academic Support to lead and strengthen our pastoral and academic support provision for students. This is a key role in aligning consistent advice and guidance across academic functions and student services to ensure students succeed, and that our support model is consistent, effective, and joined-up across the College.

You’ll be responsible for developing and delivering training for Academic Support Officers and Personal Academic Tutors, monitoring quality, and working closely with teams across student services to make sure support is timely, meaningful, and focused on student success.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Experience in academic or student support in higher education
• A good understanding of quality assurance and regulatory requirements (such as OfS)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with colleagues across different teams
• A practical, student focused approach and a commitment to getting things done
