Detailed Description
The School of Energy, Geoscience, Infrastructure and Society (EGIS) is looking to recruit an Assistant/Associate Professor in Architectural Engineering on a ‘Teaching and Research’ or ‘Teaching and Scholarship’ contract to work at our Edinburgh campus. The Architectural Engineering teaching team delivers undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in Scotland, Dubai and online.

In addition to the above any of the computational and data analysis skills are also relevant. These skills include:
Programming Skills: Proficiency in building design and analysis software such as IES, EnergyPlus, HEVACOMP and programming languages such as Python, MATLAB, for data analysis and modelling.
Statistical Analysis: Understanding statistical methods for data analysis and interpretation.
Numerical Modelling: Proficiency in using numerical modelling tools for solving complex engineering problems.
