Are you a personable and proactive individual, skilled at building and maintaining relationships?
Do you offer knowledge and experience of international partnership development?
UAL is looking for a Creative Producer to help support the growth of our MA Global Collaborative Design Practice programme.
Based in the Design School at Camberwell, Chelsea and Wimbledon Colleges of Art, you will utilise your strong communication and organisation skills to nurture and develop existing and new partner relationships. Working with your colleagues on the course and from across the university, you will implement strategies to explore, engage with, and onboard international project and award partners, both locally and internationally.
You will act as a key point of contact for non-academic and academic administrative matters, whilst promoting the course to potential partners through various media channels and strategic events. You will liaise with potential award and project partners, exploring opportunities for the expansion of the programme, as well as seeking out potential opportunities for collaborations and live briefs, in order to provide a bridge between professional practice and the work of the course, programme and school.
This is an exciting opportunity to support the development of a unique MA programme, whilst helping to organise and facilitate cross-institutional partnership development at a leading arts university.
About you
We are looking for individuals who are committed to advancing a scholarly and/or pedagogic agenda focused on emergent design pedagogy, fostering inclusion as well as racial, social and climate justice.
You will need specialist knowledge and understanding of international partnership development and intercultural communication, pairing this with experience of external liaison, communication, relationship building, and/or business development.
To succeed in this role, you will be a highly organised and strong communicator, with the ability to work across complex sets of information. Excellent teamwork and leadership skills are also essential.
