The project implementation co-ordinator will be a key member of the Finance Transformation Programme helping to implement a once in a lifetime change in the Finance System. You will lead and coordinate the implementation phase of the FSR project including planning, communications, liaising with stakeholders and be the first point of contact for queries. In addition, you will be providing support to other project team members, module owners and business leads.
The Role
This role will be an important part of a delivery-focused team and you will be responsible for the monitoring and management of various workstreams and user groups within the FSR project. You will be required to create and maintain documents, develop project plans to support the Finance Systems Replacement (FSR) Project Team and be responsible for the day-to-day administration activities and process to ensure efficient and effective operation of the Finance Transformation Programme.
Your Skills
The successful candidate will be educated to a degree or Level 6 vocational qualification and possess some systems projects experience / background. This role will require building strong working relationships with various teams throughout the University and ensuring strong communication and engagement with key stakeholders. Excellent organisational skills are essential.

The University is supportive of hybrid working, where some work is undertaken on University premises and some in a remote working environment. The aim of our approach is to enable as many staff as possible to work in a hybrid way if they wish and where their role allows. There is a requirement to be in the office three days a week. This arrangement is subject to change and will not form a part of the contractual terms of the role.
Fixed-term: The funds for this post are available for 2 years in the first instance.
