We are seeking to appoint a senior lecturer/senior teaching fellow to contribute to the teaching and learning in the area of senior leadership with a particular focus on public sector environments.

The successful candidate will:

  • have a strong commitment to ensuring an outstanding student experience
  • develop and deliver engaging learning experiences in Leadership in a public sector context or in executive coaching and mentoring.
  • contribute to the pastoral and academic supervision of students and apprentices
  • be committed to liaising with businesses and other organisations to connect the research and teaching capability of the School to professional leads.
  • have a clear understanding of how the outputs of scholarship and research or professional body engagement can inform curriculum development in order to enhance the learning experience of students.
