In this exciting position, you'll collaborate with leading academics and industry innovators to analyse market data, design and implement smart pricing algorithms, and revolutionize how an entire industry approaches pricing strategy. The ideal candidate will bring creativity and technical expertise to this position. You'll apply your skills in data analysis, algorithm development and project management while building valuable connections across academia and industry. Candidates should be educated at least to an undergraduate degree standard (or equivalent) in data analytics, data science, computer science, or a related field, with experience in data analytics or machine learning. Strong Python or R programming skills are essential.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, able to work independently, and possess excellent communication skills. This role will be predominantly remote with occasional on-campus meetings at Bangor and M-Sparc (Anglesey).
