About the Role
The purpose of this role is to play a key and an integral role in developing the prospect pipeline to fulfil the fundraising ambitions of Queen Mary University of London. This role will be central to the Directorate of Development and Alumni Engagement’s aim to grow our philanthropic income and meet the fundraising priorities for the institution.
The post holder will provide strategic support to the Development team by facilitating the cultivation of philanthropic relationships with individuals (alumni and non-alumni), trusts and foundations, and corporations in order to secure major gifts towards the work of the university. The Senior Prospect Research Officer will provide due diligence in relation to prospective donors, support ethical gift acceptance, and play a key role in the effective management of the major giving pipeline.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Prospect Research Officer on a permanent contract to join the Directorate of Development and Alumni Engagement at Queen Mary University of London.
