We are currently piloting a four-day working week which allows our colleagues to work 32 hours over 4 days week with no reduction in pay. ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking to appoint two lecturers to join the programme. As a Lecturer, you will be developing and delivering educational activities on the MSc Project Management and Engineering programme, teaching a variety of subjects including: Project Management methodology, Operations and Contract Management. Alongside the Senior Lecturer/Programme Manager, you will also contribute to the shaping and promotion of teaching and related research and external engagement activities related to the Programme.
To be successful in this role, you will have extensive and specific experience teaching Postgraduate Business Management, as well as subject specific experience in a wide range of Project Management subjects and experience in supervising dissertations at Master’s level. You will need to be committed and able to provide a high-quality teaching and learning experience for all students. In addition, strong teamwork, collaboration, organisational skills are a must. Certifications from professional bodies like APM/PMP/Prince 2/RICS or any other body relevant to Project Management and Engineering Management would be considered valuable to this role.
