International Student Support Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to lead our expanding International Student Support Team within the Student Services & Experience Directorate. As International Student Support Team Leader you will work with the team to enhance and facilitate the international student experience.

The successful candidate will be expected to:

• provide day to day supervision support to the International Student Support Team
• develop and lead on the delivery of our international pre-arrival and welcome/induction programme
• take the lead on more complex enquiries, developing and enhancing international student support
• be proactive in transforming and enhancing international student experience
• lead on the provision of financial support for international students seeking assistance
• develop new means of gathering and analysing feedback to identify trends and challenges faced by students
• ensure the service is student-focussed and responsive to the needs of our customers and stakeholders.

The initial assessment day will take place on Monday 7th April. Candidates successful at this stage will be invited to a formal interview on Wednesday 9th April.
