Would you like to join a thriving community of people dedicated to supporting students to flourish and achieve at University? This role is an exciting opportunity to help us shape, develop and implement teaching and learning operational support across the University.
You will lead a team of Student Support Co-ordinators, within a Support Centre, in the provision of a high-quality advice and support service for undergraduate and postgraduate taught students which is delivered face-to-face, via a helpdesk, email, telephone system, etc, the student portal and other technological solutions.
Working with Heads of Support Centre, the other Student Advice and Support Managers, Programme Managers, Academic Tutors, Directors of Academic Tutoring, other key stakeholders and process owners, to identify, develop and apply best practice advice and support across the University and to determine consistent and effective ways of working and feedback mechanisms.
