The Role: 

12 months maternity cover

The Academic Standards and Quality Office at Global Banking School seeks an Academic Quality Officer to ensure the consistent implementation of partner awarding bodies’ regulations, policies, and procedures across GBS programmes. This role involves supporting the implementation of GBS’ quality assurance policies and student casework processes including academic misconduct, complaints, and appeals. Reporting to the Associate Director of Academic Standards and Quality the role holder is expected to support continuous quality improvement through monitoring, evaluation, and reporting, while providing secretarial support to academic governance boards and committees.
