Domestic Bursar Project Support Officer

Brasenose College have an enticing opportunity for a Project Support Officer to join our busy Domestic Bursary, set in our beautiful, historic grounds just off Radcliffe Square in the centre of Oxford. Brasenose College is a friendly community of c. 250 employees (academic, professional and domestic staff). This role will offer the Domestic Bursar and the wider College support on a range of projects for the period of one year.  

Responsibilities the post holder could expect but are not limited to, the coordinating of the furnishing phase at our latest refurbishment project at Frewin Hall. Alongside this, there are projects covering system deployments, namely purchase order systems within the Domestic bursary, ticketing systems in support of a busy workshop team, and communications/reporting of programme progress and capturing updates to sustain project momentum to avoid project slip in short windows of time between terms. Other projects throughout the year are also currently being prioritised and coordinating and communicating between stakeholders will play a vital part of supporting successful project lifecycles. Due to the nature of these projects, a project management qualification is required.
