Lecturer in Restorative Dentistry (Above the bar)

Permanent Whole-Time Post

UCC wishes to appoint a confident professional to the role of Lecturer in Restorative Dentistry (Above the Bar). The role is to support the College of Medicine and Health in achieving the University’s strategic objective. The post provides an excellent opportunity for a suitably qualified and experienced Dentist who will contribute to teaching, research and clinical care within the School, with a particular focus on Dental Material Science. Teaching duties will be primarily within the discipline of Restorative Dentistry although the appointee will need to be flexible and work as part of a wider multifunctional team which may include other disciplines and teaching of dental materials on taught post-graduate programmes.

Appointment may be made on the Lecturer Above the Bar Salary Scale: €76,863 - €99,543 (Scale B) / €73,130 - €94,564 (Scale A).

Salary placement on appointment will be in accordance with public sector pay policy.
