The opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to provide efficient and effective executive support to the Director of the Creative Computing Institute (CCI).
As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-quality personal support to the Director, ensuring the effective day-to-day management of their diary, correspondence and travel arrangements, as well as scheduling meetings and greeting visitors.
In addition to this, you will oversee office operations, systems and processes, with an emphasis on the development of digital approaches that enable greater efficiency.
You will also take a proactive role in providing full administrative support to the Director’s priority projects, engaging with the full breadth of the Institute and working across UAL with colleagues in colleges and central services.
About you
You will be educated to degree level (or possess equivalent relevant experience), with significant administrative experience working with senior level and/or high-profile individuals, as a personal or executive assistant.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive); you will have experience of co-ordinating senior level meetings; demonstrating your ability to write accurate notes with attention to detail.
You will have administrative experience in a large or complex organisation or educational environment, preferably Higher Education (desirable) and experience of project work and planning to tight deadlines.
