About You…

We’re looking for an experienced evaluation specialist with a passion for driving evidence-based change. You’ll have:

• Demonstrable expertise in evaluation design, data analysis, and evidence synthesis.
• Strong project management skills to deliver multiple, concurrent projects.
• Excellent communication skills, with experience translating complex data into strategic insights.
• A commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion in evaluation practice.

The Senior Evaluation and Insights Manager will report to the Director of Evaluation and Insights. The role is a full-time permanent position and with a 37.5 hour work week. The remuneration for this post is competitive depending on skills and experience with a salary range of £61,800 to £72,100 per annum.
