About the role

This role will provide essential operational and management support to our Faculty’s exciting and diverse academic programmes. 

In this pivotal role, you’ll work closely with Programmes Managers and fellow Officers to ensure smooth, efficient delivery of both undergraduate and postgraduate courses. 

This is an opportunity to develop your skills while playing a key part in shaping the experience of our students.

You’ll lead and manage a small team of dedicated administrative staff, working together to support the Faculty’s education portfolio. 

The post will directly input into enhancing the quality of academic programmes and the student experience, ensuring that everything runs seamlessly.

You’ll be part of a close-knit team, all working towards a shared goal – creating an exceptional academic experience for all.

What we are looking for

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, solution-focused approach that adapts to change and continuous improvements.
  • Excellent communication and people skills to establish relationships across teams.
  • Strong digital literacy using multiple online systems
  • Significant experience in an administrative role, ideally within a University or Education environment (though not essential).
  • A team-oriented approach, dedicated to supporting colleagues and achieving common goals.
