About the Role:
We are looking for an outstanding admissions practitioner with experience of leading admissions functions in higher education to join the Admissions Leadership Team based within Corporate Marketing.
The UK and Eire Admissions teams handles a large volume of undergraduate and postgraduate applications every year, as well as managing several key events in the cycle, including confirmation and clearing. This is an exciting opportunity to combine your technical admissions knowledge with your experience of managing people to make a difference to the experience of the University's applicants and offer holders.
The post holder leads the operational delivery of the admissions service, ensuring excellent customer service for applicants through streamlined processes and intuitive systems. The post holder leads on allocating work across the service, with a focus on ensuring admissions colleagues are trained on the latest policies and practices.
Educated to degree level with experience managing an admissions function within a higher education provider. A confident and credible communicator, you will bring sector insights and best practice with Professional and Academic colleagues to shape their understanding and service to applicants. You will bring skills in collaboration and leadership to drive improvements and harness opportunities to maximise offer and conversion rates whilst keeping the applicant experience at the centre.
