Are you an experienced molecular biologist with an interest and skills in genetic research and project management? Do you thrive in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment? Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine (LSTM) is seeking a Technical Project Manager (Functional Genetics) to support and lead groundbreaking research in mosquito genetics and vector control strategies.
Working closely with the Head of Department for Vector Biology, Professor Tony Nolan, the successful candidate will play a key role in the operational and scientific management of the research group, ensuring smooth running of projects and support the group’s strategic goals.

Familiarity with bioinformatics tools and approaches and experience in mosquito biology, genetics and genome editing would also be highly advantageous for this position.
