Careers and Employability Consultant

Are you an experienced careers, recruitment, or employability professional committed to supporting students in successfully progressing into graduate-level employment by providing high-quality careers advice, training, and coaching?

Anglia Ruskin University, London (ARUL) is an ambitious, teaching-led provider of undergraduate and postgraduate education, primarily aimed at a widening participation student body. Based in Farringdon and East India Dock, ARUL is a multi-building campus with over 10,000 students studying subjects related to Business, Finance, Healthcare, Hospitality, and Law.

Due to continued growth in demand for our student-centred courses, we have an exciting opportunity to expand our Employability Team. The Employability Team offers students and recent alumni careers guidance and employability support during and after their studies. We are currently implementing an ambitious strategy to help students gain the skills they need for graduate career success and/or progression to postgraduate study.

As we expand the support we offer to our students, the scope of the role may evolve, so adaptability and flexibility are essential. If you are an experienced Careers Consultant or graduate recruitment specialist who is passionate about supporting students in their journey to graduate employment and who shares our belief in the transformative power of education, we would love to hear from you. You will have a Degree and/or relevant professional qualification at degree level (e.g., Qualification in Careers Guidance (QCG), Recruitment, Coaching, or similar).

This is a permanent, campus-based post, and we will consider both full time and part time applicants.
