About the role
The University has embarked on an exciting programme of work to review and improve our Student Record System. The scope of the programme is focussed on providing a modern and flexible student record system with a key emphasis on rationalising and standardising student-related processes. This is a great opportunity for someone to join the team and play a key part in its successful delivery.
The role we are currently recruiting for is a Programme Support Officer. You will be responsibile for individual and overall support in the project phases including solution design, change management, development, testing and deployment. Based in the Emdeck Building at our city centre campus, you will be key to coordinating workshops and meetings, updating project level plans and documents, managing the RAID log, preparing project highlight reports, tracking project spend against budget and more.
For this role, you will need to be on site 3 days a week. Although we can accommodate working from home for this role, flexibility to be on-site will be expected due to business needs.
