Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Sports Therapist, Sports Rehabilitator, Physiotherapist, or Osteopath to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in their qualified field. The candidate must have a strong passion for helping clients achieve their health and performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive injury assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide hands-on therapy, including manual therapy, massage, and other therapeutic techniques.
  • Design and implement rehabilitation programs tailored to the needs of the client.
  • Monitor and evaluate clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best approach.
  • Problem solve and adapt where necessary.
  • Educate clients on injury prevention, recovery strategies, and overall wellness.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client notes.
  • Maintain client confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sports Therapy, Sports rehabilitator, Physiotherapy, Osteopathy, or a related field.
  • Must be registered with the correct health care regulation; Sports Therapist (SST) Physiotherapist (HCPC), or Osteopath (HCPC)
  • Proven experience in a clinical or sports setting is desirable but not mandatory. Willing to interview new graduates if their application is favourable.
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with industry advancements.
