We are seeking a well organised, flexible and proactive individual to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Assistant Director for Technical Apprenticeships. You will provide support in delivering courses to Apprenticeships, involving effective communication with employers and apprentices, and will undertake a wide range of administrative responsibilities including diary management, producing correspondence and communicating effectively with students and staff throughout the College.
You should have a minimum of 2 years’ administrative experience with excellent organisational skills, preferably gained in the education sector. You should also have excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills, and will have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and experience of using IT systems/databases. You will be a good team player, able to work flexibly and on your own initiative in a fast-paced environment.
