As our Customer Services Manager you’ll use your positive attitude, your knowledge and experience of library services to lead our Customer Services team. You’ll help deliver library services to our visitors, members and staff to the highest standard.
It's a job full of possibilities, you will be involved in anything from recruiting and developing staff to managing the Library and Museum enquiry service. We'll look to you to be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of the library space, monitoring service usage and satisfaction and overseeing marketing the library. It's a great way to build your knowledge of our work and to develop your potential.
To join us you’ll need outstanding people skills and a background in a excellent customer service including managing library or customer service teams.
